Kavanna offers online group retreats facilitated by our staff. Each retreat follows the same pattern - a brief period of teaching, individual time for reflection, and group processing. All of our retreats run from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The minimum group size is four (4) people and the maximum group size is eight (8) people.
Payment and Scheduling
Payment Terms: The cost for the retreat is $75 per person with a $100 non-refundable deposit due four (4) weeks prior. The balance of cost is due no later than three (3) days prior to the retreat. Payments can be made by check payable to Kavanna House or credit/debit card.

Wabi sabi is the Japanese concept of finding beauty in imperfection. Spend a day with us contemplating the notion of wabi sabi and discovering it in your life.
Blessing What is
Struggling with “what is,” with where you are in your life or what you may have lost, is something we all must do. During our time together, we will give you tools to begin noticing where God is in the midst of the struggles and begin to move towards blessing “what is.”
Silence and Solitude - Creating the Interior Life for Spiritual Formation
To be truly intentional about our relationship with God, we need to learn to limit distractions. This retreat will focus on how to control outward distractions and, more importantly, how to quiet the thoughts swirling in your head so that you can be fully present to God.
We are all overworked and tired. We don't know how to slow down and rest. Sabbath Rest offers you the chance to discover the freedom of creating unforced rhythms of rest in your life.
